Muskmelon juice or milkshake is good for health during summer.
1/2 muskmelon (if its of medium size)
3 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar
some dry fruits (optional)
Servings: Makes 2 glasses
1) Wash the Muskmelon, remove the seeds and peel off the skin.
2) Cut the muskmelon into small pieces
3) In a mixer or blender add the muskmelon cubes along with milk and sugar and blend it to form a smooth milkshake
4) The milkshake is ready to be served, pour it into a glass, add dry fruits to it and serve.
